Added Cabinet and Mic Tables - Added Cabinets and Microphones

Added Firmware Table - Added a table for firmware so you can see what items are tied to what firmware as well as full firmware notes from Fender

Added Release Date - Added release date information to all items (this will add the ability to more views and filters in the future.

All Effects images have been updated with better size and transparent background, all TMP exclusive effects now have images

All amp and brand images added

Added Interview - This one is really cool, I added an interview to the artists table, asking the artist how they are liking the TMP (some of these responses are EXACTLY what I would expect to hear from the artist)

Added Bands Table - Now each band that an artist was associated with will have it's own table so you can see all the members of that band that used gear found within the TMP as well as genre

Renamed Music Styles to Genre

Restructured various tables and columns

Updated views for all interface pages and flyouts (everything should have a more uniform UI)
